However, we also take false or fraudulent takedown notices very seriously.

ANY FALSE OR FRAUDULENT TAKEDOWN NOTICE submitted to ALLURA LLC will be met with immediate and aggressive legal action.

We work directly with Shopify Legal and a top U.S. law firm to investigate, deplatform, and pursue legal remedies against individuals, websites, or companies who submit false trademark takedown claims or abuse Shopify’s trademark complaint system.

If no valid proof of a registered trademark is provided, and a takedown results in loss of traffic, revenue, or brand damage to Allura LLC, we will immediately file suit for a large multiple of all damages sustained during the product/page downtime.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT any takedown notifications sent via email, social media, or third-party platforms.

Any attempt to bypass this form – even if the claim is ultimately valid – will result in immediate legal action against the complainant, including but not limited to:

  • Civil claims for defamation, slander, or tortious interference

  • Lawsuits filed in the state of South Carolina under applicable federal and state law

  • Reporting to Shopify and related platforms for abuse of process
